Shipping Policy
All prices shown for postage are by Royal Mail. Postage prices include all materials used for secure transit so you mosaic will arrive safe and sound.
Should you wish to purchase a larger / bespoke hanging mosaic or stepping stone then please contact us in the first instance using our contact page. The cost of this service will be worked out and you the customer will be advised of this additional cost prior to ordering. The larger / bespoke mosaics or stepping stones items will be dispatched via an appropriate courier. Collection in person for these larger items can be arranged please see below.
All items will be securely packaged, however if the item is damaged on delivery please contact us with details and a photo of the damage so we can resolve this.
All the mosaics are bespoke and made to order. Once the order is received, we will contact you with an estimated manufacture and delivery time. Please provide us with your e-mail address so we can keep you updated. Once the mosaic is made it will be dispatched via Royal Mail the next available full working day. If you have any queries regarding your order once placed, then please contact us using the contact page.
If you are local to the Braintree, Essex postal area (CM7 / CM77) please advise, we can always make arrangements for delivery or collection.
All postal / courier costs will be charged and paid for prior to any dispatch.
Payment Policy
All payment for any mosaic will need to be made upon ordering which will also include postal / courier charges.
Should you wish to instruct us to make a bespoke mosaic then please contact us in the first instance, so we can discuss your requirements (Size, indoor or outdoor and what theme you would like). We will then work out an estimated cost and likely manufacture and dispatch time. Should you wish to proceed then we will require a 20% up-front non-returnable payment. The outstanding amount plus courier fee will need to be paid within 5 days of us notifying you that the mosaic is completed. Once full payment and courier fee is received the mosaic will be dispatched.
Refund and Damage Issue Policy.
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It will need to be returned in a secure and well packaged manner. You’ll also need to provide your order details. The buyer is responsible for all return postage / courier fees & costs.
To start a return process, you can contact us a nicky.wells@meadowmosaics.co.uk. Any item sent back to us without first requesting a return first will Not Be Accepted.
Should you wish to return a bespoke item then please contact us in the first instance so we can discuss the reason for the return and whether we will be able to accept the return.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned mosaic. We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please consider weekends and public holidays.
